Justine is a Wairarapa-based artist and educator with a BFA in ceramics and an MFA in painting. Her practice moves between creating her own work and mentoring others. Justine blends classical and contemporary techniques, using myth to explore existential themes. Her paintings evoke a sense of turbulence that reflects entropic cycles, while celebrating the expressive potential of paint itself.
